Michael Mankin is the founder and director of Mankin Finance, bringing 16 years of experience across banking, leadership and broking. His career has been defined by one consistent principle: finance should serve the client, not the institution.

Michael's career began at some of Australia's most respected financial institutions, including Westpac, St. George and Commonwealth Bank. Across those years he developed deep expertise in residential, commercial and corporate finance, working with individuals, investors and businesses at every stage of their financial journey. It was this breadth of experience that gave him a genuine understanding of how lenders think and, more importantly, how to work in a client's best interest within that system.

After 2.5 years with a boutique brokerage where he personally guided over 100 clients through their finance goals, Michael took the step he had long been building towards. In July 2024 he founded Mankin Finance with a clear and uncompromising vision: to build a brokerage where every client feels genuinely supported, every outcome is pursued with urgency, and every relationship extends well beyond settlement.

In less than two years, Mankin Finance has earned over 100 five-star Google reviews, multiple national awards and a reputation across Sydney as a team that delivers. Michael leads from the front, remains personally accessible to clients and continues to raise the standard of what great broking looks like.
