Maddison joined the Mankin Finance team in May 2025 and hit the ground running. Her role is focused on making sure every client feels supported, understood and confident throughout their lending journey, whether that is buying a first home, refinancing, or building an investment portfolio.
Currently completing her Bachelor of Business, with graduation set for the end of the year, Maddison is also studying her Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking at the same time, building the technical knowledge to back up her already strong instincts for client care.
What makes Maddison particularly relatable to clients is that she has recently been through the process herself. Having just purchased her first property, she brings a genuine first-hand understanding of both the excitement and the nerves that come with it. That perspective means she meets clients exactly where they are and knows how to guide them with empathy and clarity.
Before stepping into finance, Maddison spent three years as a barista while studying. Beyond a love for a good coffee, that role shaped her approach to customer service and gave her a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life, something she brings to every client interaction at Mankin Finance.
Outside of work, you will find Maddison on the netball court, at a Pilates class, or spending time with her friends and family. She is excited to connect with more clients and is always happy to answer questions or provide support along the way.
